Q: Where can I go to buy products and services from you?
A: Products and services are availabe through our site at the mall.
Q: How do I get free shipping?
A: Free Shipping is available to our customers that buy at least $75 or more at the mall, primarily of our exclusive products or catalog items. Some products do still have a preset shipping charge.
Q: What if I don't like the products? Now what do I do?
A: Put the product in a box with a return shipping label (that comes with the products) and take it to the post office for delivery to our warehouses. Return shipping is free and your return policy extends for 180 days.
Q: How do I get rewards in this program?
A: Rewards are earned in two ways. Points are accrued with each purchase and these are added up over time. For non-facility rewards, the points are spent for rewards. For facility rewards, when you are a customer who is using the products, each month that you use the products will allow you to access the facilities for free the next month.
